How do I place an order ?

What type of artwork files do you accept ?
Your artwork needs to be in AI or SVG vector files. If you do not have a vector file, we recommend 300dpi or higher in either PNG or JPEG

What is the minimum order?
For Unisex and Kids cotton t-shirt the minimum is 1 piece. For other products such as Jerseys, Polos, Totebags and Facemasks, the minimum order starts from 10 pieces and above.
I need my order urgently
For rush orders less than 7 - 10 business days, do speak to our representatives here on our capacity to assist with your deadline. Rush order lead times require a minimum of 5 business days. Additional charges may apply.
How are the prices quoted ?
The price is quoted based on the type of product, number of print placements, number of artwork colors and artwork print size.
Can I get a sample before I proceed with the bulk order ?
I’m afraid we do not provide any samples. We can generate a mock up visual of your design to give you a rough idea on how it’ll look. Alternatively, you can check out our gallery and our YouTube channel to see our products in action!
Can I order products that are not listed on your website ?
Do let us know what you are looking for here here and our representatives will get back to you on the products you are looking for.
Can I provide my own products for you to print?
We are afraid not. You have to purchase the products from us. We source for the best readymade products in the market, so you can be rest assured you’ll be getting a quality product.
Are the product color and print colors on screen accurate ?
The colors you see on your mobile / computer screen may differ due to different screen settings. If your artwork requires a specific print color please do share the PANTONE code with us.
How do I pay for my order ?
You may make payment via credit card through our platform. Your orders will begin production once we have received your payment.
Do you accept credit terms ?
For our SaltyBasics range of products, we require 100% payment before proceeding with production.

Can I reprint my rejected shirts ?
We strive to deliver the best to our customers and all our products go through detailed quality checks. As these quality checks are done by a person, there is still a chance that there may be some defects that are overlooked. In this rare occurrence, we will not provide a reprint of the t-shirt, but rather a refund of the item after reviewing your submission base on our Refund Policy.
My refund has been approved. When will I be receiving money?
We will require 10 - 14 business days for processing. Your refunds should be reflected in your account thereafter.

How long does it take to receive my order ?
Our standard lead time from our production to delivery takes 7 - 10 business days to Malaysia and Singapore. For the rest of the world, depending the location, will take about 15 - 20 business days.
Will I be notified when my order is shipped out ?
Yes ! We will send you your order tracking code with the expected days for delivery.
Can I pick it up from your office ?
We do not offer self pick up. We will be delivering your products directly from our factories.
My shipment has not arrived on expected delivery date

Can I change my delivery address ?
Please contact us for any change of delivery address requests. Delivery address cannot be changed once it has been dispatched for delivery. Last minute changes of delivery address are subjected to additional charges.
Failed Delivery Attempt
For failed delivery attempts due to missing delivery information / wrong address / no one present to receive the shipment and etc, the delivery will be returned to us and we will contact you for a redelivery attempt. Additional charges are applicable for all redeliveries.
My shipment is stuck in customs, who do I contact ?
Drop and email to email@example.com stating your Order Number, Name, Contact Number and Shipment Tracking Code.
Are you able to do international delivery ?
Yes we can and the delivery price is subject to end location. All duties and taxes (Except Singapore) will be borne by the receiver. For more information refer to our policy under Import Duties & Taxes.
Can I print Copyright and Trademark artworks?
Please refer to our Policy here.
What type of printing do you offer ?
Depending on your design, we will be using high quality silk screen printing (maximum 5 colors), Digital Heat Transfer and Embroidery. We will evaluate your design that you have submitted, and use the most suitable print method.
What are the positions I can print on the shirt ?
As we have printed more than a thousand orders, we will follow our standard print position where you may refer to at ‘See Artwork Guide” in the order page. If you have a specific size measurement and placement do indicate them in the notes section at checkout.
- Turn your clothes inside out when putting them into the washing machine. Wash using cold water. Do not wash in heavy loads. For extra precaution, put your t-shirt into a washing bag before putting them into the washing machine.
- The best way to dry your shirt is to turn it inside out and hang the garment to dry. Do avoid tumble drying in a dyer as the heat may cause shrinkage and also damage the prints on t-shirts. If tumble drying is needed, put it on a low heat setting.
- Avoid using bleach and strong detergents as it may cause color bleeding and damage to the prints on your t-shirt.
- Do not iron on the print directly. Turn it inside out and iron on a low heat setting. Put on a piece of cloth in-between the iron and the print for extra precaution if you need to iron the prints.
